As an interdisciplinary artist, my sensory experience of the world guides my work. Capturing in material how the senses both clarify and confuse allows me to order the wilderness of my insides. Multiple Canada Council for the Arts grants have developed my process into one that works to engage others through the collective sensory understanding of the world we share.

I feel there are no insignificant choices when in the throes of bridge building between idea and real thing. To imbibe a physical object with the capacity to emote and connect requires my touch and care and so for me, there is no division between art and craft. I also don’t fuck with AI.

My installations have been hosted by the A4 Arts Foundation, Red Bull Studios, Spier Arts Festival and 8EAST Vancouver. I’ve performed at the Cape Town Electronic Music Festival and made a short film in collaboration with the NFB.
